I need you to see this. Every artery in your body is lined with a living gel shield called the glycocalyx. When it is intact, LDL cannot enter the arterial wall. It passes safely. No oxidation. No immune response. No plaque. Twelve root causes destroy it. Insulin resistance. Hyperinsulinemia. Chronic inflammation. Oxidative stress. Elevated homocysteine. Hypertension. Smoking. Chronic stress. Poor sleep. Sedentary lifestyle. Nutrient deficiencies. Environmental toxins. Not one of them is cholesterol. Medicine spent fifty years and billions of dollars lowering LDL. It never once asked what was destroying the wall that keeps LDL out. This is the image they should be showing you in every doctor's office on earth. The truth heals

The most dangerous food for your heart… Isn’t sugar. It’s something far more common... and it’s probably in your pantry right now. Here’s what it is and why it’s worse than you’ve been told: 🧵

SpaceXAI lead engineer (ex-Cursor): "99% of people are still typing into a chat window. 1% have already hired a team I run 6 bots. My Chief of Staff wakes me at 5am with my entire day, and my travel bot delegates to my flight bot and my hotel bot while I sleep" In 27 minutes, he shows exactly how he built that team from scratch Chat → Copilot → GrokBot → Bot Teams → Self-Improving Systems Prompting was the old workflow. Hiring is the next one This talk is worth more than most $1,000 agent courses Bookmark and watch it today Then read how to hire your first Grok Bot in the article below ↓

@CoFoundersNik Someone once told me MCDs is a real estate company that sells hamburgers, never got that picture out of my head. So now it might be falling due to rate hikes?

Henry Ford’s factory workers earned $5/day salary. At the time that salary bought 5oz of gold per month. Henry Ford paid his factory workers~$20k/month salary in today’s dollars. We don’t need a minimum wage, we need hard money.

This graph is brutal.

Ready to have your mind blown? Senator John Kennedy on Elon Musk and DOGE exposing USAID, “I'll tell you what Mr. Musk discovered. I find it fascinating. 30 years. for 30 years the pc was the same thing: intel or amd inside, gpu next to it, and praying it doesn't crash. nvidia just ended that in a keynote. rtx spark. their first chip for personal computers. cpu, gpu and memory on a single piece of silicon. arm, 3nm, 1 petaflop of local ai. in a 14mm laptop. ran aaa games on stage at 100+ fps in 1440p. no cable. no throttling. on windows. the number that changes everything: runs 120b parameter ai models with no cloud. no api. no subscription. your ai agent lives on your machine. running 24 hours. yours only. the pc isn't a screen with a keyboard anymore. it's a personal ai station.

Humans can't feel big numbers so convert them to time: a million seconds is 11 days a billion seconds is 32 years a trillion seconds is 31,700 years a government is adding trillion dollars of debt every few months, and you think they are paying it back...

Sverige i ett nötskal. 🤦🏼 Våldtog styvdotter. Slipper utvisning på grund av ”anknytning till barn”.

I asked Claude Opus 5.5 to explain how a rocket engine works by building an interactive Raptor 3 you can take apart in your browser. Cut it open, follow the oxygen and the methane through both turbopumps, then throttle it and watch the shock diamonds move. airsup.ai/rocket-engine

Leaked video of Mark Zuckerberg warning his Facebook Execs NOT TO GET VACCINATED with the mRNA (COVID) vaccines because "we don't know the long-term side effects of modifying people's DNA & RNA." He censored doctors, scientists & the sick who denounced the ‘Vaccines."

I love this song ✨💥✨💥❤️‍🔥
