Inflation is so much more than what the government tells you.

Inflation itself is a tax. The most regressive one, since it hits savers and wage earners hardest. A silent theft most people never notice, because they were never taught how money actually works.

To whoever drained the COLDCARD funds, You may be celebrating. You discovered a vulnerability, executed the exploit, and walked away with over 1,500 BTC. But what you actually acquired isn't just bitcoin. You acquired one of the most heavily monitored UTXO sets on the planet. Every forensic blockchain company has already tagged those outputs. Every exchange, institutional custodian, compliance provider, and investigator will be watching where those coins move. CoinJoin, cross-chain bridges, mixers, peel chains, OTC desks, privacy tools... none of them magically erase history. Blockchain analysis in 2026 is far more sophisticated than many people realize. What many hackers fail to appreciate is that Bitcoin has no statute of limitations. Every transaction you make from this moment forward becomes part of a permanent public record. Twenty years from now, the blockchain will still contain the complete history of every satoshi you moved. The data isn't going anywhere. Forensic tools won't stand still either. Machine learning models, address clustering techniques, exchange intelligence, leaked databases, KYC records, seized servers, surveillance footage, IP logs, phone metadata, travel records, and future analytical methods that don't even exist today can all be combined retrospectively. Investigators don't need to solve the puzzle today. They can revisit the exact same blockchain years from now with better technology and new intelligence, following your historical transactions as if they happened yesterday.** As someone who lost bitcoin during the Mt. Gox collapse, I know what it's like to watch your coins disappear. It took years of uncertainty before I recovered anything. You also have absolutely no idea whose money you've taken. It isn't just individuals and companies. Some victims may have extensive resources, influential connections, or backgrounds you know nothing about. Among hundreds of affected people could be former intelligence officers, wealthy financiers, organized crime figures, or people with both the means and the determination to pursue this indefinitely. You simply don't know whose interests you've just collided with. Many victims have similar stories. Some may shrug it off. Others may dedicate years, or far more, to identifying those responsible. You simply don't know who is behind those wallets or how determined they may be. If you think the challenge is over because the exploit succeeded, you've mistaken the easiest part for the hardest. Stealing the bitcoin was the beginning. Living with it is the real problem. Every attempt to cash out, every wallet you touch, every service you use, every mistake you make, increases the probability of connecting your online identity to your real one. If I were in your position, I would seriously consider approaching CoinKite and negotiating the return of the funds in exchange for a reasonable bounty or audit fee. You proved your technical ability. That's far better than spending the rest of your life trying to move one of the most notorious collections of tainted bitcoin ever created while constantly wondering who is watching your next transaction

"Bitcoin isn't real. You can't even hold it." Pull up your bank balance. That number isn't sitting in a vault. It's an entry in a database. Less than 10% of dollars exist as physical cash. The rest is digits on a screen, same as Bitcoin. The difference: a bank can freeze your digits, reverse them, or watch them lose value while a central bank prints more. Your Bitcoin entry can't be frozen, reversed, or diluted by anyone. Both are digital. Only one runs on rules nobody can change on you. Drop a question below. I read every reply.

"Interest rates are just normalizing" FALSE. 10yr all-time avg: 4.26% Today's 10yr peak: 5.34% That's ~26% above the average 10yr U.S. Treasury coupon since 1953. Gov deficit spending $2T+ per year That's massive inflation pressure. The truth is fiscal dominance. And there's

@NonsoNebo hey @grok, is this true?

Imagine if Apple made an ad like this for bitcoin…

Whoever - or whatever - controls your phone's software controls your phone's screen. When software can be fooled and AI does the fooling, trust has to live somewhere else.

🟠 #BITCOIN CHECKS THE BOXES MONEY WAS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO CHECK 👏 Bitcoin combines scarcity with digital rails. Hard money built for a digital world ⚡️

There is no Bitcoin sitting in your Bitcoin wallet. None. Not one satoshi. Your wallet doesn't contain coins. It contains the keys that let you spend outputs recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain. The Bitcoin network doesn't move physical coins from Alice's wallet to Bob's wallet. It updates the ledger. That's why losing your phone doesn't destroy your Bitcoin. And why someone can steal your Bitcoin without ever touching your device. They don't need the coins. They need the key. This is one of the strangest things about Bitcoin. The asset isn't in your wallet. The wallet is what gives you control over the asset recorded by the network.

@CaffeSatoshi That’s why we have the mantra: “Not your Keys, Not your Bitcoin.”

There are 2.1 quadrillion units of Bitcoin. Not 21 million. 2,100,000,000,000,000. They’re called satoshis. Bitcoin can be divided down to 0.00000001 BTC. So when someone says: 21 million Bitcoin isn’t enough for the world. They’re thinking about Bitcoin like it’s 21 million physical coins. It isn't. One BTC contains 100 million sats. 21 million × 100 million = 2.1 quadrillion units. At 8 billion people, that’s roughly 262,500 sats per person if Bitcoin were divided equally. And the smallest unit is already worth less than a cent at today's prices. The interesting part isn't that Bitcoin is scarce. It's that scarcity and divisibility coexist. There can only ever be 21 million BTC. But there are enough individual units to divide that supply among billions of people.

BREAKING NEWS: Nothing makes a man look more attractive than his ability to live a private life, talk less and spends time alone minding his business.

@AshCrypto @grok how true is this?

@theswansjr Could someone please take me back to 2015! ⚡️🟠

Look at this picture and tell me which money is actually "stable."
