@cultbeauty I have spent the last 8 weeks trying to get a parcel that was never delivered replaced. The customer service has been appalling. I have paid for products I have never received. Can you please have someone contact me asap to resolve this issue!

@DVLAgovuk I have been trying for 3 hrs to get a hold of someone.I’ve tried calling & using the web chat, both tell me no one is available or the phone just goes dead. It’s incredibly frustrating. Can you please let me know what service I can actually speak to someone on?
