We the people pay full price for our vehicles + road tax + insurance + tolls + GST on spares… and in return we get pathetic roads, terrible infrastructure & now forced ethanol-blended fuel that kills mileage & damages engines. If the Jeep Rubicon and 2024 Land Rover Defender are both designed for RON 95 fuel and their owner’s manuals clearly state compatibility only up to E15 ethanol blends, then why are manufacturers quietly replacing fuel system components and fuel filters without openly informing customers? If higher ethanol blends are causing issues, shouldn’t automakers be transparent about it? What is driving these decisions in India? Are companies being compelled to adapt to changing fuel policies despite their original specifications? Are they all compromised?☺️
