What do you say to all the people that queued this morning and got through when your site then you failed to confirm tickets? this is not a user error but a website error and a service error. There are now 26000 people in front of me, the venue only holds 90000?!

@TicketmasterCS @Sutty1990 But it is stuck on confirming availibility so cannot change ticket type - ia laso tried this before when it was saying it could not confirm and that did not work either, The issue is your website not how we are using it.
