@kaiblin @BioMickWatson The user guide: eddylab.org/software/hmmer… has it on page 25 (last sentence of the page). I believe I decided to call it `acc_avg` (average accuracy) to diferentiate it from `acc` (accession) as we use `acc` as a common abbreviation for accession in the module.
