I think there is a lot of cost cutting potential. S&M > device sales. These sales reps are essentially deeply unprofitable and consumables sell themselves (my wife’s an aesthetics sales reps and knows reps at skin). Additionally, China is completely unprofitable and needs to switch to distributor model. Also absolutely no need to have 3 different devices. Hoping the new CEO get these points.
