@bennysfood @F1 @Vegas I'm curious, what makes it american? Trying to say it makes sense why, as a business, they'd want to scatter a few races in a large geographic area with a large population? Or claiming we deserve it simply because it's the US? Because I'm only doing one of these.

@bennysfood @F1 @Vegas That doesn't change whether or not someone is being hostile. I'm fully aware of how we're perceived. While I never initially said you were ignorant, it was the other way around, ignorance is pretending everyone in the states is the same based on some preconceived notions.

@bennysfood @F1 @Vegas I'm not sure why you're so hung up on me thinking we're more important. Read anything else in these replies and you'll notice I'd like to see races in Africa, India, back to Argentina, Germany, etc. I also said I'd like to see western Canada get something.

@bennysfood @F1 @Vegas Mileage traveled has a lot to do with getting people into a sport. As a global sport its hard to appease everyone, and making it prohibitive for a large target market to attend races makes no sense from their point of view. On that note, the highest F1 attendance ever was US GP

Regardless I'd support a van/edm gp if it could pull the crowd The combined population of Florida and Texas alone is more than the entirety of Canada. I'm not sure what to tell you

@NSQPET @F1 @Vegas Gotta combine that distance with nearby population density. There are states with multiple times the population of some EU countries. Hell, NYC alone has >8m people and it's closest race will still be 2050km away. I'd rather see more diversification but they're after a market.
