Things I’ve stopped doing as a social media manager 👋🪦💀 - posting EVERY single day, and jumping on EVERY single trend because I felt like I had to do it - not repurposing content that hasn’t performed “well” - doubting myself and my ability because there’s a seat at the table for everyone
