Had a #Parkinsons nurse review today, sitting talking with them and my wife how things have been over the past six months. Gently discussed treatment changes and we came to a collective decision. Conclusion these #NHS staff are pivotal to #Parkinsons services. @ParkinsonsUK

We were well chuffed to learn yesterday @nottinghamcity has ended the use of single use plastic overshoes from 1st July 2019 at it's swimming pool. A good "step" forwards as they were fiddly to fit each week for @ParkinsonsUK swim squad @puknottingham @WholeHealthTeam
