2) Keep hydrated parkrunning in the summer can certainly be thirsty work and it's important to keep drinking water to stay hydrated, perform your best and avoid light-headedness, heatstroke and fainting. 🌳 #loveparkrun
1) Dress appropriately Make sure you are wearing light, sweat-absorbing clothing to keep you cool. You could also wear a cap and sunglasses to help reduce your exposure to UV rays. 🌳 #loveparkrun
4) Cool yourself off After parkrunning, find some shade, drink more water and try to cool off. If possible, a spare top for after can help keep you cool. 🌳 #loveparkrun
