Come to the realization that a lot of people feed their ego instead of feeding their muscles and that’s why when they get injured they don’t lift anymore and then have “back when I was younger. I used to lift so much”

@Whiskeytagofox Yeah. Mine wasn’t ego though, just a very bad rotator cuff tear.
@Whiskeytagofox Agree training is very important for good/healthy as you age… flexibility/stretching with weight training is important….i know from experience
