Dude gets pulled over, they find $3k on him, and this officer straight-up palms $900 and hides it in his patrol car door while counting the money. The guy stays calm and keeps saying “y’all took my money” until they finally check the bodycam. Officer Henry Chapman got arrested by his own department the same day, resigned the next, and just copped an Alford plea to felony embezzlement. Sentence? 2 years probation and some therapy. No jail. Wild how fast it got handled once they had the footage. Respect to the guy for not letting it slide tho.
