Hello Dave, Thank you for reaching out. Union Station will not be locked, and UP Express runs early morning service regularly, so you’ll be able to access the station. For the 4:55 a.m. UP Express from Union, you should enter through the main Union Station entrances, follow signs for UP Express / Union Station, and head to the UP Express platform, which is separate from regular GO train platforms.
