Ah yes. Thank you IRS for the postponement on the day of the deadline. Now I get to spend time explaining to clients who were supposed to sign today, that we have no news about California conformity.
Huge issue in the market currently. Great credit for businesses that do qualify. But qualification is complex and nuanced.
