Approx one third of community healthcare providers are social enterprises, how does excluding them from pay deals help anyone?!
Sometimes it's frustrating when charities, social enterprises and co-operatives are ignored by politicians or policymakers. Sometimes it's worse. Govt now saying it won't fund the bonus for nurses at these orgs delivering NHS services. So lose staff or go bust.
Just out - please have a look at this opportunity to work with us/host an IMPACT delivery project in 2023-24. We'd love a real mix of sites, small & large, across all parts of the UK. We're really keen to hear from orgs that might not usually have scope to put themselves forward

Investing in #childcare would create 3x as many jobs as the same investment in construction and could boost the economy by £28bn. It essentially pays for itself by yielding increased tax revenues and reduced benefits expenditure. It's a complete no brainer. 5/5
