This is the most detailed study on personality and intelligence ever done: First, the Big Five: Neuroticism is robustly associated with lower intelligence, particularly processing speed and quantitative ability.

i'm mass-releasing everything. the complete automation playbook i use to run a $600K/month agency: → 47 n8n workflows agencies charge $5K-$15K each for → the one-sentence prompts that build any of them in under 3 minutes → my "consultant pricing" spreadsheet (what they charge vs what it costs) → 12 plug-and-play templates for the automations every business needs → the exact Claude prompts i use to debug workflows instantly here's what's in it: LEAD GEN (agencies charge $18K+ total): - lead enrichment + scoring pipeline - competitor monitoring system - social listening engine - cold outreach sequencer OPERATIONS (agencies charge $24K+ total): - client onboarding automations - invoice recovery system - meeting no-show rescuer - daily CEO dashboard CONTENT (agencies charge $15K+ total): - blog-to-social repurposer - AI content calendar builder - review response drafter - newsletter automation every workflow is described in plain english. paste into Synta → deploys to n8n → running in minutes. no code. no courses. no $200/hr "experts." i built my entire agency on these. now you can too. reply "PLAYBOOK" + retweet i'll send the entire vault. (must be following so i can DM) taking this down friday. this should be a $997 product.

Saw a video today that said “as a final act of love I’ll never reach out again, but I’ll become everything I told you I’m going to be.” And whoa.

Forgive yourself for not knowing any better. You did the best you could with the knowledge and resources available to you at the time. And now it’s time to move on, and grow from it. Evolve.

In order to truly be moving with momentum; The components of your lifestyle need to be firing on all cylinders: - Your most important lifts - Your work/business - Level of presence - Level of fun - Mental stimulation Rarely is momentum selective, it branches into everything…

This rare form of magnesium feels like I just took a Xanax 🤯 Magnesium Acetyl Taurate is what all the health influencers told you L-Threonate would be (while the patent-holder Dr. Liu laughed to the bank) - Potent stress & anxiety relief - Powerful mood boost - Easily fall asleep But the L-Threonate studies were rigged. The reason Acetyl Taurate actually works? Let's do a quick chem lesson: Magnesium Aceytaurate consists of two acetyl taurine ligands coordinated to a magnesium ion Acetyl taurine is formed when an acetyl group (CH₃CO-) is attached to the nitrogen atom of taurine. Taurine is an amino acid that acts as an inhibitory neuromodulator It modulates activity of GABA_A receptors and acts as a Glycine receptor agonist (with higher binding affinity than glycine!) Plain English? It calms you down. But it gets even better. As many know, Magnesium also has inhibitory properties on the central nervous system and can calm you down But for magnesium and taurine to do this, they have to get to your brain. That's where our friend we mentioned earlier, the Acetyl group (CH₃CO-) comes into play! It makes the molecule significantly more lipophilic, meaning it crosses the blood-brain barrier at a substantially higher rate than any other form of magnesium If you wanted to get this type of inhibitory effect from regular magnesium and taurine, you'd be gobbling down HANDFULS of pills and shitting your brains out It most likely has special activity at NMDA receptors, GABA_A receptors, and Glycine receptors that the combo of megadosed magnesium and taurine do not have Acetyl Taurate is a total gamechanger and I'm always going to have it on hand for sleep & extra stressful days

A lot of idiots dont understand that you hit the gym, hit new revenues, seduce that chick, create lasting relationships, do fun shit, all to build confidence. You build confidence throwing your name in the goblet of fire not meditating like a feg. External before serious internal
