Accurate infiltration of the subacromial bursa can be tricky, even with US-guidance. Needle bevel down to facilitate infiltration of the bursa in preference to the deep deltoid. Towards the end of the clip the bursa is seen to expand with injectate 👍🏻

Thank you for the 5* review. A Hydrodilatation procedure can be rapidly life changing in adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) but good post-procedure rehab advice is important.
