@boltapp @boltapp get your act together and if you don't have doorstep delivery "for African markets" then REMOVE IT AS AN OPTION. What you are doing now is misrepresentation and it is causing harm -financial and logistical. While you're at it, train your staff and refund my money. 5/5

I had a really terrible experience ordering food from @boltapp last night. I was unwell, so I opted for the "meet me at my door" option THAT IS AVAILABLE ON THEIR APP. Rider calls me while at the gate and I tell him to bring the food to the door as requested on the order. 1/

He says the rider has returned the food to the store. Meanwhile, the rider lies to my friend that he has in fact delivered the food to me at my door. The app indicates delivered, but the customer care agent says the food has been returned to the store. 4/

I immediately contact @boltapp customer care, who immediately tells me that "in African markets they do not allow doorstep delivery" So as you can imagine, I quickly go to my app to check whether I saw and selected "meet me at my door". 3/
