@levelsio Modern houses have fresh air ventilation systems with heat exchanger. They constantly circulate the air, filter it, but without losing temperature. Not an easy retrofit install though. I can give you more details if you want, I worked in HVAC for a while.

@levelsio @tdinh_me That’s why foreigners can’t own anything in Thailand, not property (with minor exceptions) and certainly not a business. This limits Thai startups to local ones. The weak education doesn’t help in this case.

@levelsio @Wise Happened to me too. After a couple years they realised some missing detail. I got one email about it, landed in spam. No follow up, no in-app notification, etc. A week later my account was blocked, I had no idea what’s going on. Had to wait forever for their terrible support.
