@starcades I hear ya, it's another long time staple. I dropped off after gen 2 but I revisited the series in college back when gen 4 was the new kid on the block still. Fast forward to Legends Arceus and I've been playing all the games I missed out on plus the new releases. It's been sm fun

These were my exact thoughts once I reached the age of reason and it's gotten worse with time. None of the people I used to look up are what I thought they were. "All my heros are frauds" doesn't even begin to come close to the immeasurable disappointment I feel on a daily basis.
