@JohnFromDekalb @British_Airways Are you still on the tarmac? My passengers are still waiting to take off. Over an hour late due to too many cases on the plane. Really really poor I don't know why anyone uses BA any more when there's far better, cheaper, more reliable alternatives

@British_HubTM5 I'm cab driver waiting for passengers on BA208. They've messaged me to say that there has been an announcement "due to a shortage of drivers, bags delayed" Was bad last summer and it seems you still don't have your act together. Many of my passengers are saying Ur the worst now
