@aprouddad Even if it takes you away from everything you previously did in life, career, habits, hobbies, interests, etc., because evidently none of that is working for you anymore. Devote yourself to serving others so that "self" isn't the dominant mindset. Recreate who you are.

@aprouddad I have no doubt you're hurting buddy. Believe me, I've been there in your headspace more times than I can count over this past decade, but you MUST find a way to carry on. Find new purpose and focus on that one thing that makes you feel better about yourself and why you exist.

@aprouddad My brother and father both committed suicide. My brother in June of '12 and my father in April '17. You have no idea the psychological hell that it created within me. I have no true joy now. I have PTSD now. I feel like I died with them.
