@JioCare@JioCare please don’t give default response template. I’ve raised 12 tickets in 2 months. I don’t expect such issues, expected a better service and paid 5.3k for 3 months and I’m struggling btw building society and JIO care support
@JioCare Please tell me if it’s possible or not to install a separate ODU for me because , whatever way you try to install - the wire will definitely come in between the walk way and society mgmt will cut the cable. My connection they pull cable from one side of the building to other end
@JioCare I’ve been facing ongoing issues with my Jio AirFibre connection (SR00002QHE0Z), and despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. The technician informed me that wiring can’t be done properly since it’s being extended from another antenna at the far end.
@JioCare Hi there is no support from anyone, when called the technician he directly said - we can’t come to resolve your issue. Please escalate it to JIO to give an ODU or else cancel it
That’s what engineer said
Let me know what to be done here? @JioCare@reliancejio
@JioCare These are tickets I raised for 2 months and nothing is resolved. The appellate team itself is asking me to disconnect, if that is the case please refund
@JioCare I’ve already paid ₹5,500 for a 3-month plan and was asked to pay another ₹1,500 for ODU re-orientation, which feels completely unfair given the unresolved issues. I’m also facing backlash from my community, with people cutting the cable
@JioCare Its been 4 days and still engineer is not attending this issue and with 1-5mbps speed, how are you expecting us to do WFH. I paid for 3 months subscription and really struggling with this sort of service. If you can't resolve the issue, please refund @JioCare I'll find better ISP
Really frustrated with Jio Airfirbre @JioCare . Since installation on 02-Sep, wiring was done badly (cable hanging across walkway) and multiple tickets closed with no fix. Now speed is just 3 Mbps on a 300 Mbps plan. Please resolve this properly, not just close tickets!
To make things worse, since 09-Oct-2025 (around 3 PM), my internet speed has dropped to around 3 Mbps, even though my plan is for 300 Mbps. I raised a ticket (SR00002PRTWB) for this too, but like the others, it was closed without solving anything
I’ve raised multiple rework requests SR00002NDPN7 (12-Sep), SR00002OK6TL (25-Sep), and SR00002PRV0F (today) but every single one was closed without any proper fix. The engineer I spoke with was rude and not at all helpful
@nookala_shriram@JioCare I don't know if it's because of peak time or rain, but I'm getting 300 Mbps on my Jio SIM on my phone, while Jio AirFibre Max is only at 15 Mbps (300 Mbps plan). So frustrating
