Pt 17 Also the day she hear she we were not in good terms by that point and I stepped outside to avoid any more conflict between us. About an hour later he walks her out and watches leave and didn’t really say much but had a guilty face and walked away right away.

Pt 14 She was all of a sudden accusing me of shit and I was very surprised on how combative she was towards me all the time. He definitely ruined our friendship and is now secretly dating her and hiding her in our living space. I can hear her talking her and there.

P13 Either when she walked her dog to go potty or use the restroom I’m sure the “Predator aRRtist” put himself in position doing artwork so he can at some point engage with her. Well turns out he was meddling into my business and also ENVIOUS. He basically was making up lies.

Pt 12 After a few months a had started to see someone that I recently met. Everything was great and she had stayed over for 4days. I work early and get off around noon so I told everything is fine just relax and I’ll be back by 12 noon and we can have the rest of the day.

Pt 11 I had help friend with a job and she was going to stay with us. Immediately he sad what’s her social media so I can see what she looks like. When she was finally in her way he said. She can sleep downstairs on the couch. I said she will be perfectly fine upstairs.

Pt 10 He arranged a bbq and had her invite All her friends. So they came and I was participating o my part. After the party he was already talking oh I’m gonna try and hook up with 2or3 out of her friends. So that friendship didn’t last long he kept saying she has issues.

Pt 9 He is like to lure girls with his art to come over and collaborate. Once they get there with there art supplies. They stay wherever they were placed because now it’s all about the alcohol doing his motivation talks and more alcohol so he can eventually make his moves.

Pt 8 He painted another picture with her acting this way towards us. Doesn’t say hi and even act like there any friendships with the aRRtist and myself. But I can see why she acts this way. He tells me. Just do not acknowledge her whatsoever. That’s the best thing you can do.

Pt 7 Back to his pattern behavior. So now that the roommate didn’t have the boyfriend at some point he got her to drink and tried to make moves on her. She tells me she rejected him and can’t stand that creep. She is very anti social towards us and I couldn’t understand why.

Pt 5 Now earlier I said “Predator” I have seen a pattern with this alcoholic washed out aRRtist. He had a couple living in this loft. He actually got into a confrontation and ended up kicking him out. The female is waiting to get citizenship and this is her only option to stay.
