@DanCollins2011 fitness level is like one thing that can be dramatically trained for and improved among anyone, athletic or unathletic. this is a terrible take. basketball is crazy athletic. your better commentary is baseball. bc that's a skill sport not super athletically demanding.

@sheluvstory @hubyszn and going by your own logic, the only reason why USA "dominates" is bc it's a 5th tier sport in other countries... yet other countries have best players in the best league... a total of 0 americans have been the best players in any of the top leagues in the world in soccer.

@NashVash46294 @markvalorian dude AAU basketball, travel baseball, etc all cost a lot of money. USA sucks at soccer bc it's a cultural problem. not the culture of soccer, the actual american culture. we're obsessed with product and results and not the art for the sake of the art.

@TxForever @zach7m the "it's not popular here" doesnt make any sense either. Far more kids play soccer than tennis for example but tennis has far more seriously ranked players than soccer team. also doesn't account for womens domination over mens.

@sheluvstory @hubyszn lol most hockey players are foreign... best baseball players are foreign... a good amount of top basketball players including the last 8 MVP's have been foreign, football, we're the only ones who play that, track and field is legit.
