@TheGreenInvest1 My guess is it's because hotels will take longer to recover than most other industries and they tend to be saddled with debt. Plus the Airbnb effect. Of those two, $H has the better fundamentals: stockdocapp.com/H

@TheGreenInvest1 But stock x may not break even, or by the time it does your other considerations may have risen even more. Or, stock x could rise right after you sell it while the others could then fall. The point is that in the short term it's a guessing game.
