Today we had the privilege of hosting a representative from @AmplifyChange for a donor visit to learn more about HOVUC’s work and impact under the @AmplifyChange -supported projects in Kisumu County. It was a powerful moment to reflect on our journey — sharing our interventions, successes, and the challenges encountered while advancing youth-friendly and pleasure-inclusive SRHR. We were also honored to host key partners including @StepupTogether Organization (SUTO), Kisumu Social Inclusion (KSIN) , the County Assembly of Kisumu, and the Muhoroni Sub-County RH Coordinator’s office, who shared how collaboration has strengthened youth SRHR advocacy and service delivery. “HOVUC presented its memorandum on the legislation of the SRH Bill to include a pleasure-inclusive lens. The legislation has now been submitted to the Government Printer and will soon be tabled in the Assembly for the first reading,” noted Harman, County Assembly Representative. We sincerely appreciate @AmplifyChange for their continued partnership and support.
