Before labelling staff as “disengaged” 👉Question your approach 👉Challenge your bias Do they feel threatened? Are relationships at risk? Do they see the vision? Is the pace right? Is there trust & understanding? What’s in it for them? Are there power imbalances? Scared of loss?

@Sonia_Sparkles Absolutely this - and sometimes challenging a boss/team leader who is complaining of staff apathy with these thoughts flashes in neon that this leader is also disengaged, lacking vision, fearful, etc A sabbatical can be just a couple of months, but make a world of difference
