Last night I dreamt that I sent @pyroriffic to a capybara farm for her birthday and she got to pet, cuddle, and feed hundreds of them. Yep, it was as cool as it sounds.

My new meds have me fighting daily to wake up and stay awake. I could easily sleep 20 hours a day right now and not feel rested. It takes 6 to 8 weeks for this to stop happening, I'm on week 2. It's miserable but it keeps me alive.

On Thursday I was discharged from Bristol Eye Hospitals care. No more thyroid eye disease. The relief is something I can't fully describe.

My son and his fiancé have Covid 19 despite being vaccinated. I wish I could have my grandgoblins to give them a break but I can't risk it. Wear your masks people. This stuff is nasty.

Therapy hurt today. It felt like knives being pulled from wounds open far too long. I should be on a road trip right now but instead I'm hiding in my nest. I need to process.

I need to drag my suitcase out from the very back of the cupboard as it has my winter clothes in it. Just the thought of fighting with that cupboard fills me with dread. Besides, I'll disturb the monsters that live in there.

Therapy today was tough. Exploring my feelings towards my body now that it's disabled is a subject that I tend to avoid as much as I can. It was GOOD to talk through some of it though. Therapy is amazing and shouldn't be the taboo thing it is.
