While we both the LASG for the refuse problem we are facing in the state, why can't people bag their refuse properly before even disposing them? With that, we would have bags on the roads & not these mess all over Lagos. The little things make a lot of difference.

The dump sites are overwhelmed already. I would expect building of recycling ♻️ plant for energy at a big scale.
