Once again up at 5.55am so I can login at 6am to book a driving test for my student only to find that @DVSAgovuk haven't released any for the latest week (w/c 18th August!!! Unless the "bots" got them all in the 15 seconds it took me to login.

Yes DVSA have 500 more examiners but they're not counting the number who are leaving because of poor pay and bad working conditions #PoliticsSouth

I'm an ADI My local test centre, Chichester is August for next avail date. Part of the problem is out of area candidates. IMO DVSA should limit to home, college or uni postcode per test centre. Examiners also need to be paid more to entice more examiners. #PoliticSouth

@DVLAgovuk If you have exchanged an auto Ukranian license for a UK license, but then take a UK manual test. Will your new UK license run from the date you passed, or the date you passed your first driving test in Ukraine? So from an insurance POV are you a brand new driver?

@DVLAgovuk Ukrainian license exchanged for a UK one. They have a UK manual driving test coming up. If they fail, is the exchanged UK licence revoked or can they keep it and continue to drive their auto?

@BBCSport @BBCNews please report the reason why Prince William wasn't in Australia for the world cup, rather than stirring annoyance that he wasn't there. Constitutional, he couldn't go because King Charles hasn't been yet (invitation delayed by Australia)!

@DVSAgovuk if a Ukrainian refugee has a manual license can they change to UK manual license without being re-tested? Is there any dispensation for refugees who don't have paperwork proving the pass result (maybe they only brought their license and not the paperwork)? Thank you.

@theJeremyVine @BBCRadioTwo Please correct. Driving instructors are NOT striking. Some Driving Examiners are striking. Instructors are still recovering from not being able to work in lockdown. Trust me, we want to work!
