I delivered an in-house CPD event for a great local grassroots club last night. Started with team building and psych-social activities, before finishing with 2 of my favourite conditioned games. The dice game and finishing noughts & crosses get great outcomes and are good fun.

4v4 +3 | Building Through Pressure ⚽️ Created On: @SSPlanner 📌 Playing through pressure using the spare player. 🧱 Set-Up: ☑️ 30 by 15 area split in half with a goal at each end. ☑️ The goals are offset from the pitch by around 10 yards. 👕 Teams: ⚫️s vs 🔴s plus 🟡s  ⏯️How to Play: ☑️ One team acts as the possession team and the other team as the pressers. ☑️ The possession team ⚫️s score by working the ball from the outer target 🟡 to the opposite 🟡.
