I got 4 and 5 my first year (and 2s). In my second year, I got all 3s. I went to the same University as the persons who got all 1s and 2s and I am now employed in my field with almost 3 years of experience. It was never that deep.

To be fair, since I’ve been in England I’ve had to adjust my speech a lot in the first few months. Now I mostly switch up when interacting with patients or in academic meetings. Otherwise I’m speaking as if I am still in Jamaica.
