prediction: Z ai subscriptions might sell out... this thing is a beast.. it should be called GLM-5.3 giga flash. 320B parameters, only 18B active, 1M context, multimodal, open weights, and somehow getting close to opus territory.. and the pricing is absolutely crazy: $0.15/M input $0.50/M output and it’s currently 50% off: $0.075/M input $0.25/M output until september 9. it’s obviously not the cheapest model ever, but this might be the cheapest we’ve ever seen a model get anywhere near this level of performance. the cost of intelligence is absolutely collapsing...closed models are so cooked.

I ran this thing through 10 tasks on DeepSWE (so there could be a ton of variance in it's real score, this is a subset), but uh... gpt-5.6-sol: 52% fable: 65% whatever the hell this is: 80% (was a near miss on the "x"s so actually over 80%) I am very confused
