@SystemProUK @tsohost I ended up doing this myself with the guidance of my new hosting company. It’s in the tsohost client area so you don’t need to log into cPanel. Took ages for the DNS to propagate though - not sure why

@NT_photos @tsohost @tsohostHelp Could you repoint your domain (so it can start propagating?) and set up your emails - and then add the site files once you get them? I’m no expert by the way but might be worth talking for another provider for advice. Back up emails before you change anything though

@NT_photos @tsohost @tsohostHelp Hang in there, I know it’s super stressful. Can you move hosting providers? That’s what I did in the end - Make sure you export your mail boxes from your mail client first before you do anything though else you will loose any historic emails.

@IAmLauraGibson @tsohost Have you sorted your alternative hosting? Best to get it sorted in advance, then look up how to export all your email boxes from your email client (don’t change any settings until you have done this else it will all be lost)
