The best indicator of success for future leaders? Their ability to think from a blank page 📃 Most people have a ‘boss’ to make the tough calls or provide advice Leaders / Entrepreneurs do not. They are left on their own to figure everything out Entire strategies and execution from A to Z No playbook. No ‘next step’ Finding people who can start from a blank page means - they do not need to be told what to do - you can safely delegate tasks to them - they in turn can lead a team of people When you find someone capable of this, give them free reins to succeed 🙌
