13 days straight of running. This years theme is CONSISTENCY
A good morning workout and run afterwards.
Went out planning a 10 mile run. Mile 5.5 blood sugar started dropping. By mile 7.5 I was down to 41…had to slow down and walk. I knew better.
4th day in a row. Running at least a little each day.
First strength training workout of 2023. Afterwards did a short run. Running on fatigued muscles to get better prepared for the longer endurance trials this year.
Must run faster in Kiawah Island! Lol
Two marathons this week in Arizona
Finished the marathon on the Inca Trail.
