@EtihadAirways It’s been over a month since I’ve been requesting a simple flight change confirmation letter for Booking Ref 7QGWKY. My 8-year-old’s medical insurance claim is stuck because of this delay. Multiple DMs and emails have gone nowhere. This is deeply disappointing.

@EtihadHelp I first heard ‘shortly’ on 7th June and I’m still hearing it today on 1st July. A child’s medical insurance claim is stuck because of this.
