@MyBobs you guys are terrible. I purchased something I did not like for $250 asked to return it for store credit for a $3,000 order. Now I’m going elsewhere. I’d have to pay $250 and another $50 for them to take something brand new back I didn’t like. That makes no sense.

@MyBobs my daughter bought her 1st sofa from Bob’s & purchased the warranty. The manager we worked with told her it will cover everything. Well it doesn’t cover where it split and frayed. Disappointin-can’t be repaired or replaced as she was lead to believe. It’s 16 mo. old.

@MyBobs why don’t you have signs in the store or more importantly on the furniture prices that delivery is MANDATORY? That’s extremely frustrating and misleading. A simple recliner that fits in a truck has to be delivered adding $100+ to the cost at checkout . Shameful
