@SEC_digger @junkbondinvest Seems like a win/win. Banks take lower risk as they finance at a lower attachment while private credit takes higher risk. The best part is that it helps solve a lot of the bank A/L mismatch whereas private credit LPs are committed and not on demand like a deposit.

@CorpusCol @Capt_GN In terms of lending to private credit risks - are you worried about capital call lines, or NAV / advance rates against a SPV? These for the most part are structured with some fairly conservative advance rates against - not conservative enough?

@selentelechia We had a 3rd with a similar age breakdown, and very difficult to avoid sickness - perpetually runny/stuffed nose. I’d recommend heavy practice of hygiene for the kids (change clothes, wash hands after school,etc) and avoid high germ places, but try to live life the best you can

@Aureliusltd28 @MrLobble A lot of new banks coming into the space - which can impact it and existing leaders may not have to risk weight as high with either credit ratings or change in Basel rules - but capital call business should grow with reduction in interest rates.

@CECL_Allowance @Aureliusltd28 For the Sublines I have seen - typically have a fairly diverse LP base. For chunkiness are you looking at smaller funds or more RE based where they don’t advance against NNW? I like the product, so always trying to understand any weakness / oversights on my part

@colarion Spread moving up appears to be due to exit of money center banks which are more capita constrained and need to be choosier as fund finance groups sit w/in wholesale and demand higher returns
