If you have an opportunity and you take it, you have an outcome, if you don't take it, that's also an outcome... But either way, meritocracy doesn't seem to matter if you're a woman, and it's only slightly better for men. It just sucks.

Lots of people would like to. But they can only get funding to pay someone else to watch their kid...

@eve_marie3 @RohitaKadambi @cruzsteelski This is a form of internalized misogyny. Female bosses usually are worse because they don't want their male peers to think they favor women. Also many females in management have to work twice as hard for their position, so they are harder on employees in order to keep it.
