@scssofas is there a way to actually get a response via any of your customer service channels? After my experience, I’d have been more than happy to have had ‘actual customer service’ as an additional paid add-on. Perhaps mention the idea to the Board there.

@scssofas customers expect calls to be answered within - ohh - say 2 hours of being on hold. If your margins don’t cover that service, I’m sure we would rather have paid £10 more on our £1,500+ orders to be able to talk to someone. Try crunching the numbers, no need to thank me.

@BBCBreaking This morning a vicar came to see off my father due to Alzheimer’s. He worked for decades in the NHS. We talked about this stuff. He didn’t want NHS time or money spent on elongating his suffering. He would have wanted them to help humanely let him go before he got how he is.

@NRLAssociation @BeadleBen Appreciating who you represent, I’m not convinced that adding 735k additional houses on the market would necessarily be a bad thing for renters- they might then actually be able to afford to buy their own houses!

@ElliotHammerSR @Keithmarsy02 @Keir_Starmer Yes- reading the messages here, it’s like people never had a choice. I’m still renting at 40 because the option of borrowing so much carried too much risk. House prices are way too high vs earnings- this was inivitable.

@Hertz some feedback - if you divert callers to using an sms based service, then only reply to that sms query 3 days later, it is not reasonable to message customers again 6 minutes later saying they haven’t replied so you are closing the case?

@Chris90274261 @CarlySV5 @karunchandhok Fair- arguably they could have seen Gasly was going to pit.. but would he retire anyway? These are split second decisions, I don’t think it’s clear negligence as so many are implying. Standing start without slow laps seemed far more dangerous- but nobody is complaining about that

@Bigalanh5 @LandoNorris Everyone, including drivers, seem oblivious to the fact that vehicles have always been deployed under safety car - and without that being possible, you would have to ted flag the race every time a car stops on track.

@MillerADev @CarlySV5 @karunchandhok Vehicles are regularly deployed under safety car, eg for Riccardo at the end of Monza. From 2015 they started waiting until the safety car is actually out. Should they wheel them back in every time someone pits under sc?

@CarlySV5 @karunchandhok double waved yellow/safety car conditions indicate that machinery may be on track and to be prepared to stop. The FIA report was quite clear what the major factors in Bianchi’s crash were.

@CarlySV5 @karunchandhok So they should have stopped the race immediately, is that what you are saying? Do you think equipment on track under DWY/ safety car was more dangerous than starting the race in the first place?
