Apologies for that. It was a bug in the system creating new incidents repeatedly. This has been fixed. If you receive more spam LMK. ETA: Hopefully within the next few hours, we are seeing some stability improvement. Datacenter is working on it. Also started setting up new servers with a different provider.

Yes! We have just implemented automatic outage/incident alerting based on the success rate and response time data. Currently the best option is to subscribe to this which has: Email/SMS/Slack/RSS Will be adding social notifications to platforms like X.com as well.

@jchatelaine It’s been about 55 minutes. That graph is seperate bug unrelated but I can see how it looks like long downtime. Will definitely have the communication issue you mentioned sorted as a top priority this week. Appreciate the honest feedback
