Republicans have never once had 60 votes in the Senate yet they're curiously able to pass their legislative agenda every time they have even a sliver of a majority. Hell, even as a minority Dems cannot help but pass right wing legislation to appease them. Get new material.

@ljmontello Neither Biden nor Obama had 60 pro-life votes in the Senate. Biden doesn't have 50. And while abortion rights won't be re-codified, we won't have to worry about a federal law declaring fetuses humans.
