But the issues have been reported and escalated. Might not see a response directly when resolved but hopefully there is an update soon.

@barker978986 @MegaDragoAn @NianticHelp @PokemonGoApp @scopely The issue is impacting 0.415.0 and is being looked into. I saw 0.415.0 was released on iOS for me yesterday but not on android/samsung store as of yet. Not sure if it was stopped or still rolling out slowly.

Trainers are reporting that daily incense fails to produce spawns in version 0.415.0. Note: As a potential temporary workaround, players must continually restart the app, between spawns, to make spawns appear on the map. (Suggested by a user)

Preliminary Report: Trainers using Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) to log in are reportedly being logged out of their accounts and are unable to sign back in. The authentication site appears to be down or experiencing high latency at this time.

@__kovaX @NianticHelp I've seen a couple comments that uninstalling Pokemon Go and reinstalling may resolve. However, this might clear some presets like Rocket Grunt counters you may have cached. Not certain if reinstall works with only a couple comments saying it does.

Possible Workaround: A few users have indicated that uninstalling and reinstalling Pokémon Go may resolve the issue. Please note that while version 0.415.0 appears to be available globally for iOS, it has not yet rolled out to all regions for Android.

Preliminary Report: Early reports indicate that the rollout of version 0.415.0 is causing connection issues with auto-catchers. Current data suggests this primarily affects Android users, though further information is needed.

@MikeNerdlaw I was worried as I was leaving I wouldn't get one. I ran into someone I was lucky friends and I traded them my only spare shiny background Mewtwo for one just to be sure I got one. (I then also ended up getting one at the airport before leaving)

@Jorisjuhhh1 @NianticHelp So if you had x hearts before an event where evolution was reduced hearts required, it sort of reset your progress. I can't recall when the most recent event was for that from the top of my head. (Ex. December recap is first that comes to mind.)

@Jorisjuhhh1 @NianticHelp For evolutions that have requirements, you would see a button that would allow you to evolve to that directly and not be the ? icon. That being said, depending how long it has been your buddy, here have been events that reduced number of hearts and broke progress after event.

@batman_9009 @NianticHelp Mega Mewtwo wasn't announced in general until after tickets went on sale. We don't even have a full understanding on how the raids in the park will work other than being in designated areas. 😔

Pending catch encounters can be found in the "ME" tab, scroll down to the Medals and find the Vivillion Collector badge. Click "Catch" if any encounters are available.

Report: Users are reporting issues with Scatterbug encounters in the recent 0.413.0 patch. After pinning gifts, players must now currently navigate to the Medals screen and click 'Catch' to trigger the encounter. #PokemonGo @NianticHelp
