@MailerLite What people received was, in a big red box, "This message seems dangerous. It contains links to websites hosting malware. Avoid clicking links in the message." Not, "it might contain a problem", but "it does contain a problem". Potentially damaging to rep/trust with audience.

@MailerLite IMO, a "cautionary notification" would be in yellow and say something like "Something about this email looks suspicious. Be sure this is a trusted sender and be careful clicking on links". /1
@mattgiaro @MailerLite Having the same experience. Support acknowledged the issue to me in email and claims it has been corrected. I'd like to see a public explanation and ownership of the issue by MailerLite, as well as evidence of the corrective action.
@MailerLite your support rep has informed me it was an issue on your side, with tracking links, that lead to Google marking recent newsletters as containing Malware links. Please post this information publicly so that I can attempt to regain trust with my audience.

I completely understand this as a policy in that someone could pay to watch something and then later cancel and ask for a refund. However, I canceled within a minute or two and contacted @paramountplus immediately after that.
To clarify the "change plan" click resulted in an upgrade to "annual" (user error), but then was immediately canceled. @paramountplus stance on this is "sorry, but policy says we can't give refunds on purchases, even though I've received zero service.
@paramountplus, user accidently clicks "change plan" and immediately cancels their plan and contacts you asking they not be charged because of the error. Your response to two emails is essentially, "sorry, but policy is policy". Is this really your model of customer service?

Sometimes it results in the realization they aren't going to be able to work it out. Others it's about how they are going to amicably split.
