1)We need more Eating Disorder Services. I have been passed around from primary care mental health team, to my gp, to a private clinical psychologist who specialises in eating disorders to a private dietician to be told to go back to my community mental health team.

"Men don't get eating disorders." Lies. I kept one hidden for 9 years. Its time to re-define what it means to be a man. I spent the last 8 weeks in Lois Bridges, an ED recovery center. I left on Friday & for the first time in years I like who Cormac is. I hope this helps👇🏻

My mind has been playing tricks on me lately. It’s so cruel. It tells you your not sick enough, or that you don’t deserve food. It forces you to restrict and or binge to the extent where your on your hands and knees vomiting. I wish I had a Magic wand. Feeling very weak lately.
