@kuijsters_tim Not claiming to be an expert, but every sort of training I've ever had, fitness, stretching or martial arts have always mandated never squatting so that your knees go out over your feet??
@PlantStolen Everything that has metabolism can adapt. This def goes for the body and it’s tissues. The key is progressive overload. You will be amazed how much you can do with your body if you have step-by-step process and take your time. This includes the knees as well.

@PlantStolen @kuijsters_tim Your knees go over your toes and every step of a stairway. Why wouldn't we train it, so we can load it and reduce injury? Physical therapists taught me that this mandate is outdated, but a lot of people unfortunately don't stay up to date with research.
