@SonosSupport So I just tested using Alexa to try to find one of my Spotify playlists and it finds it with no trouble at all so there is clearly an issue with the Google assistant at this time.

@SonosSupport Some additional feedback here, the volume from either Alexa or the Google assistant is too loud it needs to be reduced and there’s no way to do that.

@SonosSupport It does not understand the word Cancel when listening to a music track basically the interface between Google Assistant and Spotify is absolutely worthless in its current form unfortunately. I would love to know who actually tested this in the real world.

@SonosSupport Hello, Even a simple request like asking it to play one of my Spotify playlists I can’t even perform. It does not recognize any of my playlists or confuse it with 1 million other playlists that are out there.

@SonosSupport I actually don’t think that will fix the problem since Spotify is currently working with Sonos. It’s just not working with the Google assistant.

@SonosSupport I didn’t remove Spotify from Sonos I just removed it from Google assistant. I can try removing it from Sonos as well as Google assistant.

@SonosSupport I think somethings cashed in the Sonos system from the earlier outage you were experiencing that needs to be cleared. I’m thinking possibly a reboot of the speaker or maybe just unplugging and plugging it back in? What do you guys think?
